The German philosopher Hartmut Rosa (Leibniz Prize 2023) was at the Robert de Sorbon Foundation on Saturday December 10, 2022 for a series of interviews with French media (France Culture, Philosophie Magazine, EP&S) for the publication of his latest book, Pédagogie de la Résonance (editions du Pommier, October 2022), whose translation into French was supported by the Foundation.

What makes a classroom “crakle”, or on the contrary, what makes indifference settle between teachers and students?

Since his essay Accélération. Une critique sociale du temps (2012, La Découverte), the philosopher and sociologist Hartmut Rosa has developed some key concepts (acceleration, unavailability, resonance) that shape our understanding of time and technology.
